Warrior Care Recovery Coordination Program

The Warrior Care Recovery Coordination Program's mission is to support wounded, ill, and injured Service members during recovery and reintegration or transition to civilian life. To ensure that these Service members, their families, and caregivers are not forgotten, Warrior Care encompasses a holistic approach to recovery, healthcare, and transition. This program offers a number of services, including the Disability Evaluation System, Recovery Coordination Program, Military Caregiver Support, Military Adaptive Sports Program, the National Resource Directory, and more.
