Strategies for managers and colleagues. This course will increase participants’ understanding of autism and develop their confidence in identifying and implementing reasonable adjustments for their autistic colleagues. This course aims to introduce autism through discussing the main areas of difference and providing an increased awareness of how autistic people may experience the workplace.
