AHEAD heard from its members that they want customized professional development that suits their individual needs. So they have created a new "build your own training" where attendees can pick and choose the sessions that address the issues and needs they face in their daily work right now! 

Ingenuity Forum attendees will receive 15 instructional hours over two-and-a-half days. Select from a large menu of half-day, full-day and two-day in-depth workshops. Stick with one topic for the entire 2.5 days, or mix and match among a variety of subjects, including:
