This section offers information about how educators interested in UDL can get started, which can help instructors avoid feeling overwhelmed. UDL Examples:

This section introduces College STAR (Supporting Transition Access and Retention), part of a University of North Carolina System initiative to support students with learning disabilities. The webpage provides examples of how the educators involved in the project implemented UDL into their classrooms. The four examples featured are from different disciplines, and include Education, Music, Construction Management, and Criminal Justice. Each example includes a brief description of the course, the challenges faced in the classroom or lab, UDL strategies employed, and the outcomes.
