Using Cooperative Learning Groups

This collection of resources from DeafTEC provides information on how educators can facilitate cooperative learning in student groups. These resources were used in conjunction with a workshop for instructors on cooperative learning groups. The collection is composed of presentation slides, three assignments, a member feedback form, a survey, and a video. The presentation slides are to be used during the workshop and provide information on the workshop generally, activities, and other areas. The three assignments include one that highlights team expectations, as well as two that explore the team's learning cycle. The member feedback survey and team work survey provide opportunities for workshop participants to describe their experiences with the cooperative learning group. The video discusses the workshop generally, highlighting its goals, processes, and more. The video recording runs 4:19 minutes in length.
