Transition Fair is to improve access to college, employment, and community opportunities after high school for students with disabilities. This free event is open to students, families and educators, and is sponsored by State Support Team 10 and the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services. Attendees can speak to representatives of colleges, learn about employment opportunities, connect with service providers, attend panel discussions, and ask questions.
